PH9 provides class leading phono preamplification for the majority of cartridge and turntable combinations. A trio of 6H30 vacuum tubes form the core of a simple and clear signal path. A classic Audio Research design, the PH9 revels in the vibrance and vitality with which tube gear excels, yet neutrally portrays the subtlest shadings in cartridge and tone-arm selections with transparency.
