We often have additional questions that come up after we research your unit. So, we will contact you to discuss this information, like any condition concerns, trade value, etc. There are also times when we will ask you for pictures of your unit, so we will need to communicate with you via email.

You can provide more information in the "Notes" field, or you can email the information to us directly - but please make sure you provide all of the information that we are asking in the questionnaire.

These items influence the value of your trade-in. If we need to purchase packaging or accessories, this will reduce the valuation of your trade-in. Some packaging and accessories are no longer available from the manufacturer. If missing accessories are vital to the function or use of the unit, then this will also lower the valuation of your trade. Units with all original packaging & accessories will receive higher valuation, although cosmetic condition will also be taken into consideration.
