Shipping Error or Damage

Please call us right away at (734) 662-3595 or email us if an order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, a description of what happened, and photos. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a return for full refund or exchange if the product is defective, for up to 15 days from the ship date. If the unit has operational issues after this period, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or exchange. Warranty policies vary by vendor and product type. Please contact us for help and details.

If the product is not defective, we must be notified within 15 days of the ship date of the desire to return the product, and the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Paragon Customer Service through any of the following methods: by email at: info@paragonsns.com, or by phone at: (734) 662-3595.

When packaging the items, please do so in the original packaging with all original parts & accessories, insure the package for the full amount, and ship via carrier of your choice to:

Returns will be processed within 48-hours of receiving your item back to Paragon. We will send you a notification email once your refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment and typically take 2-4 business days to process. This timeframe may vary according to your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

NOTE: Unfortunately, return shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us - unless there was a shipping error or product damage - so please place your orders thoughtfully.
