Returns & Exchanges

We offer a return for full refund or exchange if the product is defective, for up to 15 days of the ship date. If the unit has operational issues after this period, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or exchange. Please contact us for help and details.

If the product is not defective, we must be notified within 15 days of the ship date of the desire to return the product, and the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Paragon Customer Service through any of the following methods: by email at: info@paragonsns.com, or by phone at: 1-734.662.3595, ask for Richard.

Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Paragon Sight and Sound unless there was a shipping error or product damage.

Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, insure the package for the full-amount, and ship via the carrier of your choice to:

Important Note: Unfortunately, return shipping fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for any costs incurred for insuring and shipping your order back to us unless there was a shipping error or product damage so please place your orders thoughtfully.

Shipping Errors and Damages

Please call us right away at 1-734-662-3595 or email us if an order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately
