EAT C-Major Turntable
EAT has identified a segment of the hi-fi market where those who would like to purchase turntables with greater performance and sophistication than is available in the budget sector, but with a price point below the widely-acclaimed C-Sharp – EAT’s most successful turntable to date. And it is the technology of C-Sharp that enabled them to develop the C-Major.
Pun intended, the differences between the C-Sharp and the C-Major are minor! All were considered carefully to offer the best price without compromising the performance. These changes include a 9" C-Note tonearm, instead of 10”, a smaller footprint, clamp, and platter. Instead of the C-Sharp’s electronic speed control, the C-Major uses an easy manual speed control method.
Shipped complete with a record clamp and fitted dust cover, and offered in a specially-priced package with the Ortofon Quintet Blue cartridge, the C-Major will extract the best from the vinyl LP – undoubtedly a blast from the past that just happens to be the future of music in the home!
The C-Major comes with a 9” C-Note tonearm and is available without cartridge, with an Ortofon Quintet Blue, Ortofon Quintet Black, or an EAT Jo No. 5 cartridge.
The Jo No. 5 package comes with an unmounted cartridge. If you would like the cartridge to be factory-mounted, please allow 7-14 days of lead time.
