Michigan's stay-at-home order has been lifted, and our showroom will re-open to customers effective Thursday, June 4th!

Showroom

Effective June 4th, Paragon’s showroom will re-open our showroom to walk-in traffic.

As safety is our top priority, Paragon has implemented heightened cleaning and disinfecting protocols for the store. We will also be limiting the number of guests allowed in the showroom to promote social distancing, and all customers and staff are required to wear face-coverings. No mask? No problem. We will provide one.

Paragon Online

We're now offering curbside service! You can order online and pick-up your unit(s) at our showroom location. We ask for you to please call ahead to expedite your order pick-up. Some items require packing-up, or need to be transported from our warehouse. Scheduling your pick-up allows us to have your items ready-to-go upon your arrival. When you arrive to our showroom, call us, and we will bring your item(s) out to your car.

We have resumed daily shipping operations - this means that most orders will be shipped promptly. However, all major shipping providers are currently experiencing delivery delays. We are safely working to fill orders expeditiously, but you may experience shipping delays caused by providers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

For products that we don't have in-stock, we can drop-ship some products directly from manufacturers. The availability of products and shipping services is dependent on individual vendors and may be affected by the situations in their home states. If you're interested in a particular item and want to know it's availability, please contact us for the most up-to-date information.

Paragon Smart

All scheduled custom install jobs will be rescheduled once we are fully open again. If you have a job scheduled, your salesperson will call you.

Paragon Sight & Sound will continue to offer service for Information Technology systems installed by Paragon. Our remote monitoring platforms have so far maintained reliability, and we will continue to monitor these and utilize remote tools as available. If the issue cannot be resolved over a phone call, we offer FaceTime service through Apple’s iOS clients or Skype for other platforms.

Pursuant to section 4b of Governor Whitmer’s order, in the case of emergency service needs, Paragon has designated Russell Shank as an essential employee for on-site repair visits.

REMOTE SERVICE OPTIONS & PRICING

If your issue cannot be resolved over a phone call, we offer Facetime service through Apple’s iOS clients or Skype for other platforms. During the stay-at-home order, we will not be servicing equipment in-store. If you have a piece in the store for service, we will continue repairs once the Executive Order has lifted.

For in-home service calls, we will offer remote options through FaceTime for iOS customers or Skype for Android customers. Please call the main store line at (734) 662-3595 and our front desk receptionist will take your information and send it to the appropriate person. You will then receive a call-back to initiate service.

For emergency service situations, Russell Shank will be on-call.

Remote Service Rates (billed in 1/4 hour increments)

  • FaceTime/Skype Services with a Paragon technician - $75 / hour
  • Phone call with a Paragon technician - $75 / hour
  • Text Services with a Paragon technician - $50 / hour

**Payment is due at time of service. A Paragon technician will take your credit card information during your call.
