Paragon is pleased to offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders. Orders shipped within the continental United States and weighing under 70 pounds will qualify for free ground shipping.
All orders are shipped from Ann Arbor, Michigan and are fully insured for the item’s value. In-stock orders placed by 2 PM EST will be shipped out of our warehouse by the end of the next business day. Pre-ordered and back-ordered products will ship the same day that we receive stock.

We offer a return for full refund or exchange if the product is defective, for up to 15 days of the ship date. If the unit has operational issues after this period, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty for repair or exchange. Please contact us for help and details.
If the product is not defective, we must be notified within 15 days of the ship date of the desire to return the product, and the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Error or Damage
Please call us right away at (734) 662-3595 or email us if an order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred; please provide us with your order number, name, address, a description of what happened, and photos. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately
